When your stay includes any part of a weekend, a two-night minimum is required. We do not normally accept advance bookings for one night stays at weekends, but you are welcome to check with us in case we have a single night vacancy.
Special rates may apply during The Festival of Speed & The Revival weekends at Goodwood, Bank Holidays weekends, Christmas, New Year & Easter. Please contact us for details.
To make a booking, please contact us to check room availability. We will make (& confirm by email) a provisional booking, which you will need to confirm & secure with a deposit.
A deposit equal to the first night's stay, is required to guarantee a reservation at our B&B rates, whilst a deposit of £100 is required to guarantee a reservation at our 7 night Self Catering rate.

Check in on the first night is normally between 16.00 and 18.00, however we can organise key collection arrangements to suit your plans.
